Role OverviewUse your passion for healthcare to drive success with us in NC!Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. This is a 1000+ bed academic medical center located in central North Carolina, and is the flagship hospital of UNC Health Care. This role will oversee day shift (6:30am start time) and will manage a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with direct supervision over a team of 25 in housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a track record of proven leadership skills, and the ability to coach, develop, and lead a group of highly-skilled employees. The ability to be bilingual in Spanish would assist in managing this workforce.What You'll Do
  • be responsible for driving Employee Engagement which is crucial at this account;
  • provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
  • have a dynamic personality to lead teams and departmental projects & initiatives;
  • support an inclusive workforce.
