Were partnering with a well-established, locally operated construction company known for delivering high-quality commercial projects throughout Anchorage and the surrounding areas. With a strong focus on healthcare construction, this team prides itself on precision, accountability, and a deep-rooted commitment to the local community.WHAT YOULL DO:
- Oversee and manage healthcare-related construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Lead project planning meetings, maintain project schedules, and manage change orders
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Regularly report on project status and proactively resolve issues as they arise
- 3+ years of experience in construction project engineering or project management
- Strong background in healthcare construction preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
