Type of Position: Direct HireResponsibilities:
- Reconcile the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Daily management of bank accounts - deposits and checks
- Manage AR, AP, and Payroll
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
- Work with external PEO on Benefits Management - 401K, Insurance and Voluntary
- Ability to supply information requests to Auditors for financials, 401K and Insurance.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of accounting leadership experience
- Cost Accounting experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Experience working with an asset-back revolving credit facility
- Experience with Sage accounting software; preferably Sage 100 On Premises Version
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including GAAP
- Ability to work independently and analytical skills.
