- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment including computers, mobile devices, software licenses, and peripherals
- Track asset life-cycle from procurement through disposal
- Coordinate equipment deployments and returns
- Generate inventory reports and maintain documentation
- Provide technical support for Windows and iOS environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and update applications and operating systems
- Support printer setup, driver installation, and connectivity issues
- Document support tickets and maintain resolution records
- Configure and troubleshoot iPhone and iPad devices for business use
- Assist with mobile device management (MDM) enrollment
- Support iOS app installation and configuration
- Provide training and guidance on iOS productivity applications
- Coordinate with mobile carriers for device activations and plan changes
- Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting
- Support network printer configurations
- Monitor network performance and escalate complex issues
- Maintain network documentation and equipment inventory
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- 1-2 years of hands-on desktop troubleshooting experience
- Demonstrated experience with Windows and iOS operating systems
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including:
- Complex formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS)
- Pivot tables and data analysis
- Macro creation and automation
- Data visualization and charting
- Strong knowledge of iOS devices and ecosystem
- Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification
- Experience with mobile device management platforms
- Familiarity with cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Routinely: stand, crouch, sit, bend, and use hands and fingers, as well as reaching with hands and arms, both high and low, lift or move up to fifty pounds in a shift.
