- Performing and documenting analytical procedures with precision and consistency in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Leading quality investigations, assigning and completing CAPAs, and verifying effectiveness.
- Overseeing technology transfer of methods and SOPs across departments.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure assay scalability and sustainability.
- Providing technical leadership in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
- Identifying and leading continuous process improvement initiatives, including cost-saving metrics.
- Training laboratory staff in areas of proven competency and ensuring SOP accuracy through regular reviews.
- Preparing and uploading data analysis results to LIMS and supporting documentation for laboratory assays.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant scientific discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Strong proficiency in laboratory techniques and calculations, including averages, standard deviations, and quality control metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and laboratory operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and synthesize information across disciplines.
