You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe.   • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
  • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
  • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
  • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
  • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
  • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
