You will partner with our finance and business leaders to provide insightful financial analysis and use strategic financial models to help maximize the profitability of many facilities across our massive national footprint and look for new opportunities for growth. Reporting to the Sr Director of E2E Real Estate Portfolio Finance & Strategy on the US Retail Operations Strategy Team, you'll support Strategic Financial Planning for Walmart US Retail Stores Real Estate Operations. You will rely on your ability to create financial models, data visualization, storytelling, and insights to solve complex financial problems.What you'll do:
  • Create Pro Forma Strategic Finance Models to propose viable opportunities for growth and partnerships for new revenue streams in the Walmart Real Estate Portfolio
  • Partner with Finance Leaders and Data Analytics Teams to evaluate new projects, develop proposals and create new business plans
  • Assist the E2E Sr Director and Senior Management with a structured approach to solving problems and relevant insights on geographic opportunities for growth and profitable solutions
  • Use New Tools to track indicators such as volume and productivity
  • Develop Talent and Leadership to attract new people and build our workforce, while promoting a positive environment for team members to grow
What you'll bring:
  • You have 4+ years of finance experience for major business operations within a large corporate environment.
  • You enjoy building complex strategic finance models to determine viability of cost savings and revenue streams.
  • You can manage process improvement and the standardization of models.
  • You have experience developing scorecards, dashboards and clear financial metrics.
  • You excel at presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.
