Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships through superior service and technical support.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to recommend HVAC-R solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to enhance products based on customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC-R, or related field.
  • Proven HVAC-R sales experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of industrial and commercial HVAC-R systems and products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
