- Welcome guests outside the doors of the hotel
- Assist campus and hotel guests with directions, information on events in the hotel and around campus, and parking options
- Engage with all guests and provide a distinctly Notre Dame customer service experience
- Assist with luggage to and from the guest's vehicle/room and luggage storage
- Work with the Front Desk to ensure accurate billing
- A valid drivers license is necessary, and ability to pass an MVR background check
- Ability to move, lift, and handle heavy objects (i.e. guest luggage)
- Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time) while working outside and within the foyer of the hotel
