We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join an HR team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources functions and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Policy and Procedure Adherence:
  • Stay current with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes.
  • Compensation Management:
  • Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies and structures.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process as needed.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.
  • HR Recordkeeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics and analytics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR policies, benefits, and compensation.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
