We are seeking a Project Manager experienced in tenant improvements, tilt-wall construction, and warehouse/storage projects to join a growing Miami-based GC. This is a client-facing role where you'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for tenant improvement, tilt-wall, warehouse, and commercial renovation projects.
  • Coordinate preconstruction activities including budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor buyouts.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Lead subcontractor and client meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor site activities in coordination with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
  • Provide accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, building long-term partnerships.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
  • Proven track record in tenant improvement, tilt-wall, warehouse, or storage projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, contracts, and construction operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and design teams.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar project management tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with a reputable South Florida GC.
