Reputable General Contractor based out of Georgia is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in light industrial projects. PEMB experience is a plus. No travel required, this is a local opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
  • Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
  • Manage and coordinate all job site operations.
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services.
  • Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
  • Resolve day to day field issues.
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.

  • 5+ years of construction experience, with a strong background leading ground-up light industrial projects
  • Experience with PEMB required
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing field operations across all phases of construction
  • Possess a deep understanding of MEP systems and their critical role in data center builds
  • Excel at maintaining project schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards
  • Be highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to make decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Lead and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades with professionalism and authority
  • Communicate clearly with clients, internal teams, and field personnel
  • Be willing and able to travel as needed for multi-site project delivery
