- Drive the end-to-end delivery of technical PLG initiatives across the full engineering stack
- Work with Technical Leads on Engineering design decisions, and contribute to architectural design reviews to ensure we continue to raise our technical standards
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver best-in-class experience for our customers
- Keep leadership and business teams updated on project timelines and results
- Identify program dependencies based on a thorough understanding of existing technical systems design
- Define end-to-end launch plan, ensuring Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Support, Legal, and Finance dependencies are represented
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering leads to facilitate continuous roadmap planning
- Define communication plan for programs
- Lead communication within the team and to stakeholders at cross-functional meetings
- Ensure adherence to Project Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle while maintaining visibility to Release Management
- Identify and track risks to project delivery and and overall program schedule
- Work with cross-team leadership to conduct Level of Effort estimation and resource planning This includes understanding the details of engineering efforts based on the architecture and development
- Evaluate existing processes and procedures
- Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct change management efforts of moderate complexity
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
