Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly warehouse employees using a servant leadership approach
- Apply International Way principles applying Lean and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement in workflow and space utilization
- Champion a growth mindset culture, encouraging innovation, adaptability, and learning from mistakes
- Implement and sustain standard work, visual controls, and 5S practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure timely receipt, put-away, and shipment of parts in line with production and customer schedules
- Drive performance improvement KPIs and audit processes to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and service levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality teams to improve end-to-end performance
- Foster a people-driven work environment built on trust, accountability, and open communication
- Maintain documentation that demonstrates effectiveness and compliance with company procedures
- Support and manage a union or represented workforce professionally and consistently

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
- Master’s degree
- At least 1 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
- At least 5 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
Desired Skills
- Prior warehouse supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience with represented or unionized workforces a plus
- Proven success in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with change management and performance coaching
- Ability to drive a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
