  • Answer phone calls, handle customer questions or concerns, take orders, or transfer calls to interested parties as needed.
  • Greet customers, answer questions, take orders, and assist walk in customers as needed.
  • Retrieve and print inventory readings.
  • Process credit card payments, perform check validation and deposits.
  • Process and manage mail - postage, sending, and processing of outgoing, incoming, returned mail.
  • Create shipments to send and receive incoming shipments.
  • Match and verify credit card receipts, pricing for BOL's, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Contact customers as needed for payment on outstanding invoices, research missing payments, send copies of receipts, invoices, or statements to customers and vendors.
  • Send Card-Lock invoices and statements, maintain Will Call box.
  • All other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Details for Front Desk Receptionist:
  • Pay: $18-$20/hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Shift Hours: 8AM to 5PM
Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist:
  • Customer service experience, administrative experience, or data entry experience preferred
  • BOL knowledge preferred
