The ideal candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with inline partners to determine product lifecycles and best product opportunities to deliver seasonal revenue and profitability targets in partnership with their manager and merchandising. They will analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market, understand channel opportunities, and identify quality product to bring to market for our consumer.
On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, WFH Fridays
~3 month contract duration
Preference for candidate to possess a Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years’ experience in a product role
Top must have skills include the following:
Business analytics expertise
Excel expertise
Experience with Keynote/PowerPoint (deck building)
MMX experience
Ideal candidate will have great communication skills, clear & succinct, and a collaborative nature
Candidates with PLM/merchandising experience at a similar brand would also be good fits
This is a non-traditional product role in the sense that it’s more of an apparel rebuy role; the ETW will not be proofing product, but managing a product line while adopting and repurposing product
The role skews a bit closer to merchandising than it does product creation
Selected candidates should expect 1-2 rounds of interviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
2-3 years of related experience in a product-related role
Ability to guide multiple product creation timelines
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
Experience in product line management, preferably in apparel
Familiarity with product creation processes and systems
Passion for understanding consumer trends and preferences
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the product creation process from brief to final approval
Lead the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration
Analyze consumer and competitive trends to identify product opportunities
Ensure accuracy of information in key systems and manage samples
Participate in and conduct meetings, providing clear communication to guide teams through critical checkpoints
