P6 Construction Scheduler

• Perform general construction or warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assist skilled tradespeople and other team members with tasks as directed.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Load and unload trucks, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues to a supervisor immediately.
• Support additional tasks as needed to meet project or production deadlines.

• Previous labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tool use.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Awareness of safety procedures and willingness to comply with PPE requirements.

• Must be able to talk or hear, stand, walk, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, use hands, work in tight or restricted areas, and/or reach out for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to enter, exit, and work in confined spaces
• Exposure to dust, fumes, mold, and other airborne particles
• Working in extreme temperatures (hot attics, cold basements, outdoor sites)
• Hearing sensitivity: Being able to tell the difference between sounds that vary in pitch and loudness
• Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
