- Maintain licensing and qualifier compliance dashboards relating to license tracking.
- Manage the creation and distribution of a tracking report/database for licensing.
- Manage processes for properly storing employee license information and documentation.
- Collaborate with local Human Resources, Employee Relations Teams, IT, Accounting and Operations regarding necessary information for submittal of licensing and qualifiers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and necessary enhancements for Compliance dependent systems.
- Maintain licensing database playbook outlining the overall steps and requirements for tracking licenses.
- Assist qualifiers with the necessary documentation, signatures, approvals to obtain licenses.
- Proactively review future needs and manage applications prior to expiration.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Works with internal stakeholders to understand the expected software business purposes and usage trends.
- Ability to work remote with solve problems with limited direction.
- Understanding and navigation of Federal, State and Local contractors/construction/electrician licensing processes.
- Computer skills including but not limited to; MS Office, Adobe, working database knowledge and development, cloud-based solutions etc.
- Existing knowledge of licensing regulatory agencies and their processes is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the construction industry, communications and power delivery.
