- General knowledge of polished concrete/ epoxy flooring experience preferred
- Maintain current knowledge of QuestMark’s products, solutions, customers, and competitors
- Prior customer service success in the business to business environment is a must
- Highly motivated, results-oriented
- Excellent telephone etiquette with professional phone voice
- Excellent communication skills
- Communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Computer skills (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to existing customers and maintaining Customer Service Notifications
- Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering customer’s questions and providing additional information per email
- Ability to generate sales while on the phone with current/past customers
- Upselling products and services
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Managing existing customer satisfaction upon completion of projects
