Role OverviewSodexo is #NowHiring our OVERNIGHT ~ 11:30pm - 8:30am shift Environmental Services - Custodial Manager 1 for the . This is a large urban University with 195 buildings, our Sodexo Custodial Service teams direct operations at 3 University locations. Our teams have the responsibility of driving client satisfaction by providing Quality Control through our SMS systems and providing effective communication with all levels of University Faculty and staff. This role will consistently lead the OVERNIGHT ~ 11:30pm - 8:00am shift.Sodexo provides college campuses with facilities, environmental, and food and nutrition management solutions.   • Reporting directly to the General Manager our successful candidate will:
  • Lead the OVERNIGHT ~ 11:30pm - 8:30am shift
  • Manage a diverse team of 15+ diverse union employees
  • Consistently lead the OVERNIGHT ~ 11:00pm - 8:00am shift
  • Ensure a safe working environment through campus for all employees
  • Demonstrate willingness to perform at a high level in a team environment
  • Perform all trash and recycle removal at designated on and off campus sites
  • Operate vehicles with safe work practices and caution while efficiently transporting waste materials
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas of housekeeping services, waste removal, and campus event set-up and tear down
  • Operate custodial equipment including but not limited to wet - dry vacuums, extractors, buffers, sprayers, auto scrubbers and electric carts
  • Support the team for events, M-F with occasional weekend shifts
