- Support strategy with action: Assist senior team members in developing stakeholder assessments, change impact summaries, and engagement plans—while proactively moving tasks forward.
- Stay organized and proactive: Manage daily project tasks, help track deadlines and contribute to keeping the work on schedule and aligned.
- Assist with deliverables: Help create and format decks, talking points, FAQs, and reports—ensuring content is clear, professional, and aligned to project goals.
- Confidently support strategy development: while also rolling up your sleeves to execute deliverables
- Blend structure and creativity: that is grounded in proven methodologies, with an ability to flex for what the moment requires.
- You’ve successfully navigated complex, global organizations and understand how to drive alignment across functions.
- You bring 7–10+ years of experience in change management, communications, and training (Prosci certification is a plus).
- You’re a strong communicator—clear, concise, and able to adjust tone and messaging for different audiences.
- You’re a strong multi-tasker, comfortable switching between tasks and projects without losing focus or quality.
- You’re excited to grow your skills in a fast-moving consulting environment and are eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
