
Lead Clinical Nurse (RN) - Acute Inpatient Rehab

- BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program required.
- Active Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or Compact State Registered Nursing license is required.
- CPR/BLS certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
- Must have at least 3 years of Acute Care Registered Nursing work experience.
- Ability to lead others, assist in development & implementation of procedures for the unit, use principles of conflict resolution, recommend resource utilization, and implement performance management of staff.
- Provide evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
- Mentor and manage others to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.
- Work collaboratively with, and provides leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to optimize team performance.
- Promote and identify quality improvement initiatives to improve safety.
- Complete all identified competencies and annual requirements for patient population, unit, department, and institution.
- Assume unit management functions as identified by the Assistant Manager/Nurse Manager.
