Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as providing assistance with various IT-related tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers and software applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to desktop support procedures and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related topics.
  • Assist with IT projects as needed.
