- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers and software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems.
- Create and maintain documentation related to desktop support procedures and solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related topics.
- Assist with IT projects as needed.
