Job Description:The role of Enterprise Hardware Provisioning Center Technician addresses Caesars ongoing technology equipment replacement needs. Our computing infrastructure is comprised of thousands of hardware components including desktop/laptop computers, monitors, and printers. Over time, these resources wear, age and/or become obsolete causing performance degradation, excessive support and repair activity, and loss of reliability and security. The hardware replacements will ensure that Caesars technology services and resources satisfy the business requirements for all who use them. The Enterprise Hardware Provisioning Center Technician will be responsible for receiving, provisioning, configuring, shipping, and maintaining hardware equipment in our depot/provisioning center. The technician will collaborate with various teams to ensure the timely and accurate provisioning of hardware to meet organizational needs.The Enterprise Hardware Provisioning Center Technician reports to the Enterprise Depot and Hardware Asset Manager and is responsible for the following:Enterprise Technology Refresh Cycle
  • Perform hardware provisioning activities, including configuring, imaging, and testing equipment according to specified requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, including tracking serial numbers, models, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate hardware provisioning activities and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Conduct quality control checks on provisioned hardware to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of hardware components and accessories, and coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory when needed.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of hardware provisioning processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware-related issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to hardware provisioning.
  • Manage decommissioning of old devices.
  • Able to drive a company vehicle for deliveries or pickups. Requires passing of a driving history review.
Education and experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a hardware technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware components, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with imaging and provisioning tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
Work Environment:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Willing to complete tasks under strict time constraints, which may require long, off-hour and weekend work.
  • Willing to work on-site at any of our casino resorts, which may include exposure to noise, smoke, and populated areas.

  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficient in all MS Office tools.
  • Nimble, and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
  • Ability to facilitate discussion and drive consensus.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently toward detailed goals in a complex, matrixed environment with ever-changing demands.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
