Growing together.As a Senior Business Systems Analyst on our Operations Business Process Optimization team, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and engineers to intake new data analysis and reporting requests, build requirements including visualization design, and ensure results support the business need for Support, Implementations, Operations, and other key stakeholder teams. You'll guide requirements to consolidate and normalize operational metrics across multiple source systems to enable an overarching view of the business. You will engage on both long-term strategic projects and quick turnaround data requests, and you'll play a key role partnering with business stakeholders to add value by identifying opportunities for data-driven decision-making, AI, and intelligent automation.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between business clients and IT to gather business requirements and convert them to technical reporting requirements
  • Serve as SME and consultant, supporting business clients' use of existing reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Conduct discovery sessions and serve as SME & consultant to business clients to elicit and document requirements
  • Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders; identify and understand business needs; elicit and clearly document requirement artifacts
  • Support QA & UAT by documenting test criteria, executing test cases and validating results
  • Contribute to AI-related initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent reporting

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or data analyst
  • 3+ years of experience with building requirements including creating data mapping
  • 3+ years of experience designing for or building within analytics visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Background in Operations, Support, or Delivery organizations and proven experience building/designing reporting to manage Operational business trends, adherence to KPIs, employee performance, voice of the customer, etc.
  • Familiarity with healthcare transactions and revenue cycle
  • Familiarity with SQL, PLSQL
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders
  • Proven excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast paced rapidly changing environment

The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
