- 🔧 Perform wheel alignments using advanced equipment
- 🛞 Diagnose and correct suspension and steering issues
- 🚘 Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and alignment accuracy
- 🧰 Inspect vehicles for safety and service opportunities
- 🗣 Communicate alignment results clearly with service advisors
- 🧼 Maintain a clean, organized bay
- 📚 Stay updated on Ford & Lincoln procedures
- 👨🔧 1+ year experience with alignments or suspension work
- 🪪 Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 🛠 Familiarity with Hunter or equivalent alignment machines
- 🧠 Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- 🎯 High attention to detail and safety
- 🤝 Team-player mindset
- 🎓 ASE or Ford training is a bonus (but not required)
- 🧰 Basic tools required; specialty tools provided
