💰 Compensation: $18 per hour🔧 Job Description:Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a reliable and motivated Quick Lube Service Technician to join our high-energy service team. If you’re passionate about cars, love working with your hands, and want to grow in the automotive industry — this role is your entry lane to success! You’ll handle oil changes, inspections, and basic vehicle maintenance with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude. 🏁🔍 Responsibilities:
- 🛢 Perform oil and filter changes
- 🔄 Rotate tires and inspect tread wear
- 💧 Check and top off vehicle fluids
- 🌬 Replace air/cabin filters and wiper blades
- 🧼 Keep service bays clean and organized
- 📋 Follow dealership and OEM guidelines
- 🤝 Communicate service needs clearly with advisors
- ✅ Assist with multi-point inspections
- 🎓 High school diploma or GED
- 🚘 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 🧰 Basic automotive/mechanical knowledge
- 💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
- 👀 Strong attention to detail and safety
- 📈 Eagerness to learn and advance in the trade
- 🏅 Prior lube or light-duty tech experience is a plus (but not required!)
- 💻 Ability to navigate dealer software systems on computer and mobile devices swiftly and efficiently
