- Communicate decisions and outcomes via both phone and written correspondence
- Meet required timelines for case resolution in a highly regulated environment
- At least one year of experience in a role requiring thoughtful resolution of customer concerns
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office and internal database
- A wired internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
