DescriptionMostly remote Customer Service Associate - $18.75/hrJoin our team as a mostly remote Customer Service Associate, assisting healthcare providers in ensuring prescription coverage for patients. This role begins with handling inbound faxes and transitions to managing phone calls in a call center environment. Candidates must be living in Massachusetts to be considered per company policy. This role pays $18.75/hr. There will be a an onsite training for the first month then transition to remote work after.Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
  • Ensure all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
  • Follow up with providers to obtain missing details
  • Accurately input data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
  • Must be a resident of Massachusetts
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced call center environment
