NOW HIRING OTR & REGIONALMust be 21 years of age with at least 14 months of tractor trailer experience.Regional North, Regional North Weekend, OTR 11 North and OTR 18 NoDriver Mut have 9 months in the past 15 months OTR experience, and the 9 months must include 2 months of winter driving in December, January, or February.OTR 21 Day Fleet
  • Driver MUST have 1 year OTR in the last 2 years AND (at least 6 months in the past 14 months OR 3 months in the past 7 months)
  • OTR experience is defined as major city deliveries and running in inclement weather (snow).
  • More than 151 consecutive days of not working in the past 15 months, they will not process the app, regardless of the reason for the gap. Rarely, will they approve a driver with 150 days off in an 18 month span, period.
  • LOCAL Experience or Training Experience will ONLY count if Driver drove in inclement weather
MOVING VIOLATIONS (MAX IN 4 YEAR PERIOD)
  • No more than 3 in the past 3 years in a CMV
  • No more than 2 in the last 12 months in a CMV
POLICY ON LICENSE SUSPENSIONS
  • No suspension due to a moving violation in the last 4 years
DOT RECORDABLE ACCIDENTS
  • DOT preventable must be 3 years old
  • Preventable DOT accidents between 3 and 4 years will be reviewed
INCIDENTS (MAX IN 3 YEAR PERIOD
  • 1 in the last 12 months, 2 in the past 18 months
  • will review
TICKET / ACCIDENT / INCIDENT COMBO
  • Warnings on PSP is the same as a ticket in their system
MAXIMUM MAJOR MOVING VIOLATION (IN THE LAST 3 YEARS
  • No 15 mph + in the past year

  • Cell phone - ONLY In CMV is this a disqualifier
  • Reckless
  • Driving while out of service – reviewed in the past 2 years
  • Speeding in construction zone
  • Improper passing
  • Too fast for conditions
MAJOR MOVING VIOLATIONS-THAT ARE AUTOMATIC DQ'SNone of these in the last 3 years
  • Failure to maintain lane
  • Improper turn
  • Improper lane change
MAX NUMBER OF JOBS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS
  • Average job stability of 4 months in the past 24 months (gaps will put driver out of qualifications)
POLICY AGAINST UNEMPPLOYMENT-EVEN IF ITS ACCOUNTED FOR
  • Will allow 12 months of unexplained unemployment in the past 3 years
  • Gaps greater than 6 months will be reviewed by the safety manager
TERMINATED APPLICANTS
  • No - Must be 1 year since any termination
  • No more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years
  • No terminations for Late pickup or delivery in the past 1 year
FELONY CONVICTIONS
  • All reviewable - No pending charges
MISDEMEANORS
  • All reviewable - No pending charges
DUI/DWI
  • 1 allowed, but must be outside of 7 years
HAZMAT NOT REQUIRED AND WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR HAZMATHAZMAT PAY INFO
  • $0.03 cpm more if they haul it ($0.04 for TEAMS)
  • Loaded miles only
LONG FORM PHYSICAL REQUIRED UPFRONT
  • Driver MUST have a current medical card that is valid and when they come in for orientation they MUST get a 1 year card with BN
DRUG SCREENING IS URINE AND HAIROTHER AUTOMATIC DQ'S
  • Rollover past 4 years
  • Lane change accident past 4 years
  • Side swipe past 4 years
  • Rear end past 4 years
  • Improper backing with accident past 3 years
  • No Hit and Run/leaving the scene of an accident in the last 5 years.
