- Address incoming mail and email for the company
- Maintain a schedule and ongoing appointments
- Maintain detailed records, keeping organized and up to date
- Respond to requests for information, answer phone calls, emails
- Respond to issues – stay ready to respond to a variety of unforeseen issues that may arise
- Order and maintain stock of office supplies
- Other office roles as needed
- Expertise in MS Office, proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- At least 4-5 years of office experience, including scanning, filing and customer interaction
- Flexibility - to change direction of work quickly if needed
- Strong verbal communication skills - for clear interactions with staff
- Excellent writing skills – for creation of memos, emails, and other client documents
- Professional appearance
