We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead the development and execution of our digital manufacturing strategy across operations. This role will spearhead initiatives to transform factory automation through cutting-edge digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, and operational technologies to drive technology integration, process improvements, and compliance adherence.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational technology and information technology requirements across manufacturing sites.
  • Evaluate and prioritize digital solution opportunities in partnership with engineering, automation, and process stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning, scoping, and program management for implementing new OT/IT systems and IoT capabilities through the project management office.
  • Manage the execution of digital manufacturing programs to meet quality, cost, timeline, and regulatory adherence targets.
  • Facilitate education and ensure compliance of new digital systems across the organization.
  • Drive global standardization of digital manufacturing technologies where appropriate.
  • Assess digital maturity of sites and develop roadmaps for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate partnerships with vendors, industry groups, and research bodies to advance digital capabilities.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing/Automation Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment, with expertise in automation, industrial IT systems, and OT/IT integration.
  • Proven success leading complex, global OT/IT program deployments in matrix environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and systems like MES, PLC, IIoT, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams from operations, engineering, IT, and data science.
  • Solid program/project management expertise, preferably with lean, agile, or six sigma methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Passion for digital innovation and manufacturing excellence.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
