  • Liaise with external and internal janitorial subject matter experts to promote best practices of the eClean program.
  • Continually refine and develop the eClean program with a focus on sustainability, technology, training, methodology, customer transparency, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement, train and educate operators on the on-going efficient delivery and maintenance of the eClean program across the Eurest Services portfolio.
  • Assist with the preparation of eClean related bid documents, specifications, cost estimates, for potential new business opportunities.
  • Assist with the preparation of and participate in new business presentations representing the company as the eClean Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Provide corporate support and participate in the mobilization of the eClean program across the legacy business within Eurest Services.
  • Liaise with the finance team to develop and analyze janitorial benchmarks across the business.
  • Periodic review and update of janitorial/eClean portion of the sales proposal template.
  • Periodic review and update of janitorial/eClean portion of the Eurest Services Knowledge Center SharePoint.
  • Draft eClean related Monthly Business Review (MBR)/Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations and establish standardized client facing presentations.
  • Acts in the role of Eurest Services Janitorial Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assists others via knowledge sharing and problem solving.
  • Reviews and evaluates existing janitorial programs, services, makes recommendations to operations team and/or client when requested and implements or guides implementation of new and/or modified systems and programs.
  • Has as a strong understanding of and works with company IT systems, utilizing appropriately and accurately.
  • Ensures eClean program compliance with Company Health, Safety, Security, & Environmental protocols, local building departments, and all other authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Works and collaborates with leaders of other Eurest Services initiatives such as eHub, eDesk, eConnect.
  • Prepares and maintains a variety of company records and reports as required.

Education:Bachelors’ Degree and 5 years responsibility at a director level or management experience in the IFM industry.
