Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant case laws, statutes, and regulations for civil litigation matters at a law firm in Coral Gables, FL, US. • Assess and summarize legal documents to aid attorneys in case preparation. • Draft, revise, and review legal paperwork, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests for probate litigation cases. • Maintain meticulous organization of case files to ensure accurate and timely document filing. • Coordinate document production, including preparing exhibits and materials for depositions, in collaboration with the legal team.
