Student Lead Teacher

• Provide comprehensive services for children in a center-based setting.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of instructional materials.
• Observe and apply various teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
• Maintain stable/supportive relationships with the children, their families, and co-workers
• Assist in office as assigned
• Manage classroom materials
• Manage classroom according ECERS and CLASS assessment tools guidelines.
• Work closely with DOE Educational Consultant to implement consultant’s suggestions

• Currently enrolled in a teacher preparation program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
• Completion of required coursework prior to student teaching placement.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Passion for education and working with students.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
