Were looking for skilled, experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our clients manufacturing team in Rossford, Ohio. Youll play a critical role in keeping the plants high-speed manufacturing equipment runningespecially the continuous powder coat linethrough expert mechanical and electrical repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
If you have 5+ years of maintenance experience and enjoy working with both electrical systems and mechanical equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment, we want to talk to you.Job Duties for Maintenance Technicians:
- Keep the continuous powder coat line, sprayers, and control panels operating efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase up to 480V
- Replace control components (relays, switches, terminal strips, electric motors, VFDs)
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment (drill press, band saw, etc.)
- Perform facility and building maintenance as needed
- Work at heights of 2030 ft when required (harnesses provided and required)
- Participate in facility projects such as building and organizing the tool crib
- Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform mechanical and basic electrical repairs (1224v DC, 120480v AC)
- Conduct preventive maintenance (greasing, filter changes, inspections)
- Repair piping, hydraulic/pneumatic hoses, chain systems, and HVAC units
- Rebuild machinery (shafts, bearings, seals, gearing, etc.)
- Welding if needed (will train)
- Operate forklift and boom lift (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Electrical repair experience, high voltage experience preferred
- Strong mechanical repair skills for industrial machinery
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights safely
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to ask questions
- Welding experience preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- 3rd Shift: MondayThursday, 9pm-7:30am
- Must be available to work 1 Friday per month
- Training on 1st shift for up to 6 months
- Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- $26-32/hr depending on skills and experience
