Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience with SharePoint Online site design, development, and architecture. Proven experience developing and supporting SharePoint intranet sites, including navigation, layouts, templates, metadata, and permissions. Proficiency with SharePoint Framework (SPFX), PowerShell, and SharePoint administration tools. Strong attention to detail and a user-focused mindset in designing and implementing content solutions. Ability to balance technical development with communication and visual presentation needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong collaboration and facilitation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Familiarity with legacy systems such as OpenText and SharePoint Designer workflows. Experience working with branding, content strategy, or digital communications in an internal or intranet environment.
