As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you’ll take the lead in driving key improvement initiatives through process modeling and analysis. In this hybrid role based out of our St. Louis corporate office, you’ll lead cross-functional workshops, create and manage current- and future-state process models, and champion the use of prioritization tools to guide strategic decisions.You'll partner with Business Owners, Architecture, and Product Management to align process initiatives with organizational goals. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Required Qualifications:
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
- Experience documenting current state ("as-is") and future state ("to-be") processes and identifying gaps
- Knowledge of BPMN and business process modeling applications like Signavio
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead mapping sessions and tailor presentations to different audiences
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate across departments including IT, operations, and leadership
- Relevant business process analysis or management certification
- Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA or workflow software
- Working knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies
- Property and Casualty insurance industry experience
- Experience working with distributed teams
