We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to support business operations and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting, gathering requirements, managing projects, and working with data using Microsoft applications. Experience in Salesforce and relevant certifications are a plus.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirementsAnalyze business processes and propose solutions to improve efficiencySupport project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure timely deliveryDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data sets using Excel, Access, and other MS toolsTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolutionFacilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solution qualityAct as a liaison between business users and technical teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roleStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with business process mapping and workflow designAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyNice to Have:Salesforce Admin Certification or hands-on Salesforce experienceExperience with data visualization tools or CRM platformsBackground in project coordination or agile methodologies
