
Office & Partnerships Operations Manager

- Project manage onboarding, KYBs, and due diligence workflows with banks, payments partners, and strategic partners
- Support the CEO directly with operational execution, including legal documentation, filings, paperwork, and timely follow-ups
- Facilitate internal alignment across legal, compliance, finance, and product teams for partner integration
- Manage and maintain Transak's internal knowledge repository, including company entity data, product documentation, and compliance resources
- Lead cross-functional project delivery, ensuring timely execution and proactive coordination
- Handle logistical and administrative tasks, such as scanning/sending physical mail, notarization, and managing records
- Assist with legal and regulatory obligations, providing operational support and ensuring documentation is audit-ready
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and accountable with strong project management skills
- Experienced in legal, compliance, or partnership operations, especially within fintech or crypto environments
- Discreet and professional, capable of handling sensitive documents and working closely with executive leadership
- Resourceful and ambitious, eager to grow into increased responsibility
- Effective communicator, able to synthesize and streamline processes across departments and partners
- Miami-based, available to work from our Wynwood office and regularly support the CEO in person
- Nice to have: Notary experience or interest in certification (covered by Transak)
