Elwood Staffing would like to inform job seekers about potential employment scams that involve individuals posing as our recruiters to solicit job seekers with job opportunities unrelated to our company. This issue has been reported in multiple states. The text scam poses as an Elwood Staffing recruiter and urges job seekers to apply for a fraudulent job. Some have reported they are being asked to contact them using Whatsapp to pay for computer equipment and background checks.What steps should you take if you suspect you've received a fraudulent text?
  • Job-seekers who receive an unsolicited text, email, or similar message suggesting it is from Elwood Staffing should not provide any information.
  • If you have clicked a suspicious link or shared your information, take steps to secure your personal and financial accounts immediately. Review and dispute any unauthorized charges.

Production Machine Operator Details:
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision automotive components
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on CNC equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures
Production Machine Operator Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience, required
  • Proven experience operating and setting up
  • CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, precise parts
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
