Build and scale a high-performance Growth Insights vertical within the central Data & Analytics organization, reporting directly to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer.This senior leadership role will serve as a strategic partner to Keysight’s top business executives, aligning with strategy & planning, product, go-to-market, and sales teams to support annual growth objectives across our hardware, software, and services portfolio.Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with Director to SVP-level leaders to solve complex growth questions using analytics and decision science, predictive models, and Gen AI-driven access to data, trends and actionable insights.
  • Hire, develop, and lead world-class teams in Business Analytics and Machine Learning, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
  • Transition static and retrospective reporting systems into next-generation Gen AI-powered experiences—infused with insights, foresight, and prescriptive next-best-actions.
  • Collaborate with the Data Product Management team to launch and operationalize production-scale ML models across sales recommendation engines, proactive renewal risk forecasting, financial outlooks, and automated Agentic AI execution of growth programs across Salesforce, Hubspot, Eloqua, Oracle Cloud and other ERP systems
  • Partner with Data Engineering team to mature data infrastructure, architecture and data quality to a next generation AI-native data platform.
  • Work with Data Governance and Program Management teams to establish a robust data catalog, drive data literacy, and grow a vibrant internal data user community across Keysight.
  • Support the Chief Data & Analytics Officer in analyzing business growth opportunities and preparing executive-level decision support materials for the C-suite.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a STEM discipline
  • 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles
  • Proven leadership progression in Data & Analytics functions, with people management and VP+ stakeholder engagement experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams across Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning
