Work with customers' engineering teams to specify and configure machine tools and automation solutions. Develop machining processes, including part fixturing, tooling selection, and cycle time optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine control software.
  • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to define control system architectures, including sensors, motors, and automation components.
  • Lead machine commissioning and debugging processes, ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests and support customer site installation and commissioning.
  • Create comprehensive machine control and operation documentation.
  • Travel as needed to assist with on-site integration, troubleshooting, and customer support.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Automation & Controls Engineer, preferably in a machinery manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machine tools, automation, and robotics.
  • Proven experience as an Automation & Control Systems Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine tools, automation, and industrial control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with lathe, milling machines, and machine configurations.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, motion control, and HMI development.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug control system hardware and software.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and integration.
