- Oversee daily operations of the Service Department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and support a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and resolve escalated service issues professionally and effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer, safety, and dealership guidelines.
- Coordinate with Parts and Sales Departments for smooth interdepartmental operations.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of Service Department personnel.
- Drive customer retention through exceptional service and proactive communication.

- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Advisor with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and dealership service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in DriveCentric (CDK experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze and manage department KPIs such as CSI, RO count, labor hours, and gross profit.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
