Hyundai of Kirkland is rapidly expanding, and to support our continued growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our high-performing Service Department. Our newly remodeled facility features 24 fully equipped service stalls, providing a modern and efficient environment to support both our technicians and leadership team.As Service Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring top-quality customer service, efficient shop operations, and team success.   • Oversee daily operations of the Service Department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Maintain high standards of customer care and resolve escalated service issues professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all manufacturer, safety, and dealership guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Parts and Sales Departments for smooth interdepartmental operations.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of Service Department personnel.
  • Drive customer retention through exceptional service and proactive communication.

QualificationsService Manager Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Advisor with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and dealership service operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in DriveCentric (CDK experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze and manage department KPIs such as CSI, RO count, labor hours, and gross profit.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
