- Be a subject matter expert on all Big Sky lift access products, including season passes and day tickets
- Use administrative access to bigskyresort.com to support guest needs and troubleshoot online issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and voicemail
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when sharing information about resort services, activities, and offerings
- Stay flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving team environment
- Demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn about other departments and offerings across the resort
- Experience in guest service roles is preferred
- Familiarity with RTP|One and/or Salesforce is a plus
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
- Professional, efficient typing and digital communication abilities
- Team-oriented attitude and desire to provide an exceptional guest experience
