We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent with experience in the commercial sector. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of construction processes and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project management to develop a construction schedule and lead on-site operations.
  • Establish and maintain high safety standards in compliance with all company and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workers are available when needed.
  • Maintain open communication with all project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Regularly report progress to project management and adjust plans as needed.
