- Manager a cross-functional team, working with stakeholders to define priorities and then setting clear direction for your reports
- Lead cross-functional engineering meetings and design reviews
- Dive into and take ownership for critical embedded software, electrical and mechanical design, DFM and DFT deliverables and issues.
- Work closely with partner hardware operations and software development teams
- Assist with recruitment, management, development and maintenance of a world class system design teamAbout the team
The team is a group of electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing test engineers who devise hardware that enables Just Walk Out shopping experiences.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing successful and high-performing engineering teams
- Experience delivering products utilizing a production development process
- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $135,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $234,900/year in our highest geographic market.
