Responsible for coordination with other business streams and rental acquisition group to ensure process compliance and fulfillment. Other functions may be assigned.Accountable for daily and weekly coordination of resources to ensure projects/agreements are prioritized properly to meet customer expectations and office goals/metrics.Works with Service Manager and or Rental Sales Manager for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving service applications.Communicates with customers and their representatives, including Trane Rental Services, building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.Examines, reviews and validates estimates and scope of work by performing job/scope analysis and safety/risk analysis.Ensures compliance with internal service processes.Responsible for managing project costs and maintaining accurate forecasted costs through job completion and close outCreates and makes revisions to job schedules including generating tasks, estimates, and dependenciesOversees the following: preparation of Trane material and vendor orders; recording the receipt of materials and approving payments.Coordinates scheduling work with owners.Performs on-site job walks as neededSupports the sales function by assisting with subcontractor and re-rental quotes.Ensures that quality standards are maintained for assigned projects.Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer.Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.Some travel with occasional overnight stays.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experiences:Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; with a minimum of four (4) years' experience and/or training in project management, HVAC or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.Familiarity with the operation of Trane Rental Equipment, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.Valid Driver's License, Acceptable Driving HistoryAbility to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, customers, and service personnel.Mathematical Skills:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Compensation:Base Pay Range: $ 82, 550 - $109,000 / annually. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
