Innovative Product Development: Lead New Product Development programs, ensuring Prolaunch and program management updates stay on track for the timely rollout of groundbreaking products. Mentorship & Best Practices: Guide and mentor fellow engineers on best practices for documentation and design tolerancing, fostering both personal and organizational growth. Root Cause Analysis: Champion problem-solving techniques to effectively address and resolve root causes, driving continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Review and refine Operation Method Sheets to ensure critical process parameters are well-documented, contributing to a robust, repeatable, and efficient process. Implement changes to enhance quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited institution. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. Three or more years of experience in new product design of medium or high voltage electrical products Knowledge in the application of medium voltage electrical distribution equipment Familiarity and practice with of IEEE C62.11 and IEC 60099-4 Knowledge of power test equipment and measurement instrumentation Six-sigma trained to support design for manufacturing. Position Criteria Proficient using Microsoft Office software. Problem solving experience using Root Cause Analysis techniques.
