You'll be part of a specialized, agile team that advises and supports Walmart business units on complex corporate development initiatives. The team collaborates across the organization to identify portfolio gaps, evaluate strategic options, and manage the end-to-end transaction process.   • Partner with business units to develop strategies for growth, including acquisitions, divestitures, and equity partnerships.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, facilitate introductions, and assess strategic fit for Walmart.
  • Lead business case development, including valuation, ROI analysis, and deal structuring to support buy, build, or partner decisions.
  • Manage transaction execution, including negotiations, due diligence, legal agreements, and post-purchase integration.
  • Present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership, driving alignment and approvals.
  • Oversee integration or divestment projects, ensuring successful execution and realization of synergies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and investment banks.

  • Experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or management consulting, with a track record of leading complex transactions.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
